Refund and Returns Policy

At MythicWear, every piece is crafted on demand—designed with intent, not mass-produced. Because of this, we follow a strict but fair return policy to maintain quality and sustainability.


1. Made-to-Order Policy

All products are custom-made after your order is placed.
This means we do not accept general returns or exchanges.


2. When We’ve Got You Covered

We take full responsibility if something goes wrong on our end.

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • You receive the wrong product

📌 To qualify:

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • You must provide:
    • Clear unboxing video
    • Supporting images of the issue

3. When Returns Are Not Accepted

Since each piece is made exclusively for you, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color variations (screen vs print differences)
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

We recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before ordering.


4. Replacement Process

Once your request is verified:

  • A replacement piece will be produced and shipped at no extra cost
  • In certain cases, we may issue a full refund instead

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Timeline: 5–7 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is ours

6. Return-to-Origin (RTO) Orders

If an order is returned due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept
  • The order is not eligible for refund

7. Final Notes

  • Claims raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted
  • Items must be unused and unwashed
